Ben Shearman contracted Kessel to lead the design build project and worked closely with the Kessel Team, the Dodge Team and Bradford Fairway Sales & Leasing Team to bring the project together help meet expectations from all perspectives.

The work came to Kessel during the Winter which was welcome as Kessel processes construction projects all year round (including the Winter months). Additionally, as everyone is aware the economy has been slow, so we were excited to have this high profile project and complete it on time and on budget with a customer who is happy with our work.
