The Harley-Davidson of Jamestown has been a huge success utilizing new building and finance techniques. So we built this with a unique True Hybrid construction process, taking the strengths of a pre-engineered structure and combining them with the benefits of a conventional construction process. Along with a great design inside, we helped them keep their long run costs to a minimum by implementing Cost Segregation, and a energy-efficient structure. Cost Segregation maximizes depreciation on materials of the building therefore allowing increased cash flow to the business.
Brain Reid vice president of the dealership wanted something remarkable and that’s what he got, Reid said “We didn't want a cookie-cutter building. We wanted something different, We knew we could come up with a look that would be unique, something people would see and say, 'wow you need to check out that building!' We shared our sketches with the designer and got exactly what we wanted."
In conjunction with the design Reid enjoyed being involved with the build team, “I was on-site every day. It was my building and I wanted to participate in the process, but I didn't want to get in the way,” said Reid."They always made me feel welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kessel. Everyone was professional. If something needed taken care of, it was. Any hitches were handled and the building process went on. It made me proud to have Kessel as my construction company of choice."
